Engineering services to prepare a load-carrying capacity analysis of the existing first-floor structure that is proposed to support an Aquilion TSX-101A/H CT Scanner. The subject CT Scanner, with an operating weight of 4,000 pounds, is intended to be installed on the existing first-floor elevated floor slab. Analysis was based on existing structural drawings received from the Erie VAMC, Job number 2866, dated January 2, 1948 and Aquilion TSX-101A/H CT Scanner equipment information.

Results of the analysis were incorporated into a structural narrative that describes existing structural systems, equipment loads, building dead and live loads, design criteria, analysis methodology & identifies deficient structural elements. Existing structural systems and highlighted deficient structural elements were documented on sketches.

Construction Cost: $600,000.00
